Click on the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Internet Options' from the drop down list.
Type http://www.123greetings.com in the text box provided.
Click on the 'Apply' button and hit the 'OK' tab.

Click on the Use address entered here radio button, if not already selected.
Click 'OK'.
On exiting Opera, select the Save Windows checkbox.
On launching Opera, you will need to click on 'Home' in the toolbar.
