I live in the UK and have been painting for over thirty years. My early interests were in landscape, using oils, and I did not paint floral subjects at all until the mid 1990’s. I prefer the more traditional approaches to painting. I use mainly oils and soft pastels. Flowers lend themselves to all media, they are so versatile.
