	Why am I unable to locate the ecard?

Every ecard that has been created successfully generates a unique number which is used to identify it in our system. This number is in the notification e-mail we sent you.
The possible reason is:
• Error while creating the card can result in an e-mail without a card number, or with an incorrect card number.
