    Fred I am so sorry for your loss but if you need someone to talk to I will be their for you or if you just need someone to hold you or just hold each other I will be their for you also. It will hurt for a while. Just let it out don't be afraid of crying. Its bad to hold it in. You need a shoulder to cry on call on me and I will be their. Love Laura.
