The Content department is focused on depicting human emotions focused on the US users and presenting them through touching e-cards.
The team consists of multi faceted creative professionals that include visualizers, designers, sketch artists, cartoonists, copywriters, keyboardists and drummers, who together form the ultimate emotional expressions.
The teams through a series of brainstorming sessions conceptualize e-cards that would best express the users' emotions. Content produced should be funny, cute and generally apt for the US audience. The measure of success of this department is the increased usage of their content by the users.
Job Summary
- The Content Director will drive the creative strategy with multiple teams to develop and produce US oriented e-cards that meet users' expressional needs, using his/her high level of intellectual understanding of cultures across the US.
- Bring a deep understanding of user-centered research, Content strategy, Copywriting, Design, Front-end development and Interactive development.
- Commanding a good understanding of the users' expressional and emotional needs, he/she will identify changes in users' behavioral trends and exhibit the same through his/her creative inputs.
- Lead the department to ensure that the content of the e-cards matches user requirements and expectations, thereby delivering the required card count growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage creative teams and track
their performance.
- Lead and direct the creative
team from concept to completion.
- Forecast, plan and achieve the
agreed target of card count.
- Define, maintain and monitor
production and process flow.
- Maintain necessary cross functions
with various departments.
- Generate necessary reports for
analysis and formulate strategic
plans.
Experience & Qualification
Essential Requirements
- Any graduate with a degree/diploma in fine arts/commercial arts or MBA (from an institute of repute) in Marketing/Advertising.
- 10 years of experience as a Creative Head/Director in an agency or a creative studio.
- Portfolio must contain published work.
- Spent 5-7 years in the US anytime in the past ten years.
Preferred
- A degree/diploma in behavioral sciences (psychology, sociology or anthropology).
